Vince Young Meltsdown...requires Surgery...
So its been another tough season so far for the always-expected-to-do-well Tennessee Titans. They've managed to lose both starting QBs (Vince Young and Kerry Collins) in the past two weeks and suffered a tough overtime loss to the Washington Redskins after which QB Vince Young's shoulder pads ended up in the stands and he reportedly "bolted" from the stadium. Vince reportedly hurt his throwing hand in the second half and was replaced by rookie Rusty Smith. The throwing hand thumb is usually a necessary part of quick accurate passing and the fact Young may require surgery likely means he will be out for at least a few weeks if not until the end of the season. Vince is expected to bring in 8.5 million dollars next season, a nice chunk of salary cap so lets hope he gets healthy.
