Angry that his teenage daughter was dating an older man, A German Father decided to plan an attack on the perpetrator.
Helmut Seifert, originally from Russia, pled guilty to assault on 57 yr old Philip Genscher.
The 47 yr old Seifert said he "saw it as his duty" to castrate Genscher to protect his 17 yr old daughter.
With some help from 2 co-workers he made plans and was able to hold down Genscher during the attack.
"He was forced to remove his trousers and, fully conscious, he was castrated," police said. "The severed testicles were taken away by the perpetrator."
