He was apparently busted at LAX today after a scanner showed an "anomalous package" in his pants...Very strange...but not what you think...It was a bag of weed and since it was less than an ounce, They let Kurtis Bounce. With a ticket of course, but the vocal genius behind "These are the breaks" and "Basketball" should be feeling lucky he didn't have more of the green on him. U.S. penalties for trafficking in the air can be quite severe, but on the other hand theres a chance he knew about the lesser penalty for the lesser quantity of weed. Kurtis Blow is actually denying the story citing that weed is now legal in California...
