Federals Reportedly pulled over a jeep with side panels and a small unlatching mechanism. The packages inside
the container were said to be marked "lil Wayne". Just a nickname? Or did they actually scribble
the actual recipients name and address on the package? The drug in question is also rumored to be a fair
