New Cover designed for his 4th album...Nice...but who's it dedicated 2?

Designed By Ron English...I noticed two Chris Browns on the cover...Is he chucking up the deuces to conventional cover art and going more comic book?  Or is it all really a big conspiracy aimed at H.C. Fame?
