Oakland rapper Zoe-Tha-Roasta will probably be less mad after spending 2 yrs in prison... Zoe Tha Roasta, born Lorenzo Hall, will receive $100,000 in general damages and $75,000 in punitive damages, according to the San Fran Chronicle...He was attending a wake for his aunt in 2006 when officer Alcantar arrested him and tried to plant a gun on him...He yelled to anyone nearby that the gun was being planted on him but the officer just rolled up the window...the gun was found in another car near the wake and belonged to someone else entirely...
