The Los Angeles Police Department are investigating a shooting, which took place at the intersection of Crenshaw and Slauson after Nipsey and his former manager, Eugene “Big U” Henley, got into a fight.
According to eyewitnesses, Nipsey’s brother, Samiel Asghedom pulled out a gun and fired it into the air in an attempt to end the conflict. LAPD then arrived on the scene shortly after. An officer fired a shot at Asghedom, but it did not hit him.
