In my mind linked with the Dawson Shootings that happened only months before...(left Mtl before one and came back from VA before the other....) the tragedy left 32 dead by early afternoon on April 16th..
It has raised many question about security on Campuses throughout the world and raised questions
about reaction times on the ground to these sorts of happenings...
