Mega mogul P Diddy is reportedly being sued by a former associate for firing her for being quote "old and disabled". Francesca Spero is seeking 12 million dollars in damages after diddy reportedly tried to freeze her out of the company after she asked for help regarding a hip
replacement surgery in 2008. She continued working until march 2010 signing artists until she was fired and replaced by a woman 10-15 years younger who "lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position". Hip replacement 9.5k...age discrimination...priceless.
