A woman was found in a chimney after she reportedly tried sneaking into her boyfriends home a few days earlier in Bakersfield, California. She was reported missing Thursday and was found on Saturday. Jacquelyne Kotarac was "seen "trying to force her way into the home as she was involved in a dating relationship with the resident. The resident left the house undetected to avoid a confrontation and stayed the night elsewhere."
On Thursday after not showing up for work she was reported missing and the boyfriend and a co-worker searched for her near the home. "Her purse was there. Money, Credit Cards all that stuff" a neighbor told police.
They detected a smell coming form the fireplace on Saturday and the body was found by a house sitter
who stopped by to feed the fish. There was no evidence of foul play but Kotarac, it would seem, accessed the roof via and ladder and slid feet first down the chimney of her own free will.
